Our Process
STEP 1
Fill out our registration form (linked below).
STEP 3
During the interview, our interviewer will will learn more about you and determine if you are a good fit for STEM Academy! You will also be recommended to provide a recommendation letter and an official transcript (requested from school).

Consultation
Congratulations! If you are deemed fit by our panel of interviewers, you will receive your consultation. In a consultation, a STEM Academy team member will guide you through common technological platforms and resources utilized by other STEM teachers. At this time, you will receive resources such as syllabuses, online textbook, and account information.

Schedule an interview
Upon completing registration, potential instructors will receive an email to book an interview.
STEP 4
If you proceed past the interview stage, you will undergo an evaluation. During your evaluation, our team will discuss your interview and assess your teaching skills/methods in a classroom setting. You will be asked to present a small lesson to a group of students, while STEM Academy members evaluate your performance. You will receive a recording of your lesson and feedback in a subsequent email. If you pass this stage, you will receive your consultation.
